We’re here to help.

All support calls need to be pre-booked and are carried out via Zoom in 15min blocks. This will allow time to review and aim to diagnose your issue and if more time is required an additional booking can be made during the call.

If you do not have a support retainer with SMB Consultants any support will be invoiced at a rate of $220/hr (ex GST).

Support calls are booked in 15min blocks to diagnose your issue. If your issue cannot be resolved within this block of time, you may need to schedule an additional time to continue the call.

SMB Consultants does not operate an inbound call centre for support.
